Colorado for Thanksgiving!

We went up to Colorado the week before Thanksgiving and attended Tyler's cousin Carrisa's baby shower and left the kids and the fur babies there with Snakes and Mimi!   We came home and I had a week to myself to get things done around the house! I decorated for Christmas and made like 8 baby blankets! It was so nice to have a few days all to myself. Life has been so stressful and the kids could feel it so when we left the said bye and didn't even care! They called often and missed us for sure but it was a nice little break! We went back up the a few days later with a car load of stuff. That was part of the reason we left them because we knew that we had to bring Tyler's parents Christmas presents to them and wouldn't have room if we had the kids and dogs!
I was so excited to see my babies and happy to see that they missed me too!

One of the days Pueblo got some snow and the kids were so ecstatic! They bundled and went a ran around like crazy!

Other days it was so nice outside and kids had a blast jumping/wrestling on the tramp and getting rides on Snakes and Mimi's early Christmas gifts!

He thought it was hilarious when she would throw him to the ground! I was waiting for one of them to get hurt but so far so good!

One day we went and saw the movie Frozen! Loved it!! We dance around the house listening to the sound track and cant wait for it to be out on video!

We went to Home Depot to do some crafts and see Santa! Kids still not a huge fan but getting better!

One night we went to the light parade! It was pretty fun and the highlight was the low riders but didn't dare take a pic because the drivers looked a little sketchy!  But the kids had fun and loved the horses of course!

And on Thanksgiving we had our own little Turkey Trot!

We had a fun Thanksgiving and ate way to much food! But sadly our trip to Colorado ended on a bad note when our car got broken into at the park and my purse was stolen!  They didn't get much since I don't really carry much in there but the annoyance of it all drives me crazy! And the worry of how smart of criminals they are! Let's hope and pray that they just took the couple cards I had and threw the rest away!

Kid funnies!

Lately it seems as though my kids have been doing/saying the funniest things! I need to write them down so that I can look back and get a good laugh!

Ronnee ~  On one of trip so Sj she put the moves on Caleb. He had just gotten out of the shower and she was watching a movie so she asked if he would watch it with her. So he sad by her and then she started playing with his hair and said " your hair is so soft, I want to kiss you on the mouth!" haha I told caleb he should try that on his next date!
Also while we were there, I was trying to get the kids all ready for bed and she was making a lot of unnecessary noise so I asked to stop to which she responded "I'm just being a kid mom!"  Now what do you say to that!
She is always acting like a horse or dog. She even is a pregnant horse at times and when Charlie told her to just pull the horse of her shirt, her and Ivy were quick to tell him that you have to put your legs in the air to have a baby!  Yikes! Those 2 girls are gonna be fun!  When she is playing mommy horse she has to nurse each and everyone of her baby horses! Takes a long time sometimes!
The other day she was in the backyard with the dogs and she was mimicking everything the dogs would do. Like roll around to itch their backs, stretch, scratch, and drink from their water! She then ran inside to ask me if she could pee outside like a dog!  She of course wasn't doing all this funny stuff when I got the video camera. But one of these days I will catch her in the act!
She has an amazing imagination and it is always entertaining hearing the stories she comes up with! She also is a bad repeater and is always listening! No conversation is safe! Any time I get off of the phone she asked me about what we were talking about and knows exactly what I said. Little turkey!  She is so entertaining and such a joy when I am having stressful days!
Cutler ~ He is such a talker! It amazes me all the time since Ronnee took forever to talk. When you get off the phone he says "who talk to" and then when you tell him he says "oh" like he really cares! haha He loves to talk on the phone and has full conversations with people! "how ya you" "good" "yar you" "see ya bya!"
He is a quick learner and only has to be shown most things once. He loves to hit the ball off the tee and is getting be an awesome thrower!
He loves to watch sports with Tyler. Probably the only thing he will really watch on TV. But when football comes on he says "football!" followed by "oh SHIT!"  Yep that is what his dad says often while watching football!
He cant say Ronnee so he says "la loo"  not sure why but one of these day he will figure it out!      This smart little boy is entering the terrible 2's and is so sassy! He even threatens to spank me if I don't do what he says! Hahaha NO SPANKIN!
He is the king of faking asleep. Who would have thought that it would start so young. He does it to be funny a lot but when you ask him to do something that he doesn't want to he fakes asleep! little turd!
He loves spiderman and says it in a funny low voice! He also loves trains! He is all boy for sure!

love these 2 little characters!

Life adventures!

November 1st our renters decided they couldn't pay rent but said they would have it to us the following Friday and that they were going to be ending the lease and it would be our fault because our property management guy was stalking them or something. She is a nut!  Well the next Friday came and went and no rent was paid!  Then on Sunday I asked my neighbors if they had seen or heard anything from them and they had apparently  moved out!! Lovely!  So we had our realtor go and look and sure enough they left but the back door was broken so he was able to get in!   On Monday my sweet Friend Jen when by to check it out for me and they had had the electricity turned off but left the fridge full of food and they house a disaster! Makes me cry just thinking of this!  My home has was so disrespected and I am so far away and have no control!  But thankfully for Jen and Pam, who spent 3 days there cleaning and painting and fixing things to help me out! I owe them big time! And thanks to some of my other neighbors for helping fix other things! Now our house is on the market and we are stuck paying rent and a mortgage! Let's just say we are little stressed!
I just wish our renters would have just worked with us instead of screwing us over! We offered and offered because we knew they were having marital problems but instead they have chosen the hard route and will now hopefully be punished for acting so stupid! They have been evicted and now we are waiting for collections!
But please pray that our house sales because I am not handling all this stress very well! I have to keep telling my self that "this to will pass!"

Halloween!

We carved/ painted pumpkins with our best friends! What a fun messy memory making time! Ronnee kept telling Albert that his is the best and that daddy is the Loser!  Wish we were all as cool as Albert in Ronnee's eyes!

Ronnee wore her costume for weeks before and is still wearing it. She was a girl riding a unicorn! No shocker there! And Cutler was a Bronco! Simple and easy since he has jammies that look like a bronco!   Ronnee loved it this year and wanted to fill her bag to the top. Cutler was happy as can be to just sit in the stroller and watch her go to the door!  We went with our neighbors from across the street. The girls had a fun time running! So nice to have a friend to run with Ronnee while Cutler and Lavinia enjoyed the warm ride in the stroller!!

We ended the night with a dance party! We were getting good at dancing Michal Jackson on the Kinect!

Pumpkin Patch

We took the kids to a fun little pumpkin patch outside of town and had a blast!  There were tons of fun little activities to keep them busy and help us enjoy the wonderful fall weather!

At some point around this time we made another trip to SJ to watch Uncle Sam play football against Holbrook!  And I actually took some pictures!
