Easter

We had such a fun Easter! We started out the morning with eggs all over the floor. Thanks Easter bunny! Ronnee wasn’t quite sure at first but she soon realized she could open the eggs and nandy (candy) would come out!

Then we got dressed and headed to Bryan and Jen’s for Brunch and an Easter Egg Hunt! The food was so yummy and the company even better. Jen’s sister flew in from Utah with her family, the Murray’s, and the Adams. What a fun group! The kids had so much fun playing and the sun shined for the egg hunt! Thank you again Jen and Bryan for everything!

Then we headed to church. And that evening we headed to Jeri’s to have Easter dinner!  We had way to much fun and ate so good!

Yard….

10 Reason’s not to get an animal unless you are like my neighbors that keep there dogs inside and never ever let them on there grass.

1. They eat your trees

2. They eat your Rosebushes

3. They chew on your house

4. They chew on the wires to your A/C

5. They poop on your grass and make it have dead spots

6. They play a little to rough with children even if Ronnee likes it mommy doesn’t!

7. They cost a lot of money to fix everything

8. The poop on the lawn and your kid steps in it

9. They find it necessary to play tag and run on your plants

10. We really do love our dogs but seriously can they get over this puppy stage I want my pretty yard back!

Can you tell we are trying to get are yard back to it’s glory days! lol  We have replace 4 trees about 8 rosebushes and are not re seeding the lawn. Tyler is finally getting around to building a dog run so we can lock them in there unless we are out there with them to supervise! The trees now have fences around them and we haven’t planted the new roses because we are waiting for the dog run to be done!   And all this money is coming out of my taking vacations fund which is quite annoying!  And did I mention that last month i couldn’t get my hair done because we had to take Dinger to the vet because he ate 15 lbs of food!

But Ronnee loves these dogs probably more then she loves me so we will continue putting money while they get through the puppy stage!

2 weeks down!

I have been doing this 30 day shred and running thing for 2 long weeks! Just kidding they went by pretty fast. Even though I did have a little bit okay a lot a bit of a melt down on Wednesday. I went on a workout strike so I didn’t do my video that day or run the next morning. I was frustrated that I am not really seeing result which ended with me full on crying! lol Tyler thought i was crazy. Dang hormones! But good news I did my video Thursday and ran on Friday morning! So I am back in the game!! I am still frustrated that I am not seeing much in the results but I am going to finish it strong and hope for the best!   On Saturday I even ran a little over 3 miles!!!!  I went to late in the morning and it was really hot but I did it and boy did it feel good! 

This week I will still be doing the running in the am and the video during nap time but I am going to start a 1200 cal diet! I have been writing down everything that I put in my mouth but I am going to start really really watching it. I hope that helps me get over this hump!

Today would be described as POOP!

Hahaha typing the title just made me laugh! Today I changed 5 poopy diapers and wiped a poopy butt twice! But over all it was a pretty fun day. I had 5 kids here at one point all under the age of 4!  They all played really well and I am glad it was really nice outside so the messes were kept to a minimum!  I had all 4 down for a nap for the second day in a row so I could do my workout video and when they were all awake I put them in the backyard and I mopped and vacuumed the floors! I hope my luck continues with the naps. It is really nice to have at least and hour and half all to myself!

But what I really wanted to remember to blog about was how awesome it is to have sisters! This weekend I wasn’t to motivated to run on Saturday but I called all of my sisters and they told me what they were doing to workout and told me to get moving so i managed to follow there instructions and example!  We are living in 3 different states and we are still able to workout together and keep each other motivated!  We better dang well all see the results of all this madness!

Today…

I went to the gym and rode the bike 5.5 miles, lifted weights for 25 minutes and then went for a run. Then we went grocery shopping and when Tyler and Ronnee were napping I did my 30 day Shred video! So today was  a successful workout day.  I listened 80’s dance music while I did the video and it was so much fun! I need to find an 80’s station on my pandora while I run! Now I better go shower so I dont stink!

Day 4 is over!

Today was my 4th day in a row of running and doing the 30 day shred and I am still alive. My joints are aching but I hope that gets better. I have also started writing down what I eat so by the end of this month I damn well better see some results! I think this is the hardest that I have ever dieted and worked out in my life and i hope I see the results so I dont get frustrated!

On a more fun note, I haven’t blogged about my baby in a while. She is growing up so so so fast! She is starting to talk the other day she pointed to Tyler’s chest and said BOOBIES! hahahahaha it was the greatest thing ever. He tried to get her to say pecks but…  She is very particular about what she wants and when she wants it. Like right now she really wants some pudding but she needs to eat yogurt so she is having a melt down.  She is a good/picky eater and I think she feels heavier!  If we would let her she would stay outside all day. She wakes up first thing and says dinger and brings me her shoes. I can tell summer will be easy entertainment for her. As long as she has her dogs she is happy.  This week she has started to take one long nap finally. It normally is around 2 hours which is a nice time for me to get my workout in and shower. It is kind of weird having 2 hours of silence! Before I was lucky to get an hour!  She loves talking on the phone to her family in other states and cries when we take the phone away.  She entertains herself pretty well and always has a pretzel or “nack” in her hand while she is playing.  Her favorite game right now is to ram her push toys into your ankles or the dogs! This week she has come to love cars thanks to having a couple boys around on Monday and Tuesdays. So today I bought her a dump truck that talks and she loves it!  I think that as much as I want a little princess I am going to have a little tomboy!

I love that she loves sunglasses and hats! 

Yesterday we went bowling and she wore Tyler’s hat the whole time and part of the time it covered her eyes and she thought that was so fun! I am surprised she didn’t run in to anything!  She also like to wear a bowl on her head. Not sure where that came from but she was sitting in a drawer eating a cracker with a bowl on her head!  She is quite the entertaining little thing and we love her to pieces!

Not sure why everything is in a weird order but we went to Arkansas first then to Arizona then I became awesome! lol And go to the older post since I put way to many pics on so that you can see the rest of my trip!

Arkansas Isaacson’s

My parents decided they were going to spend the kids spring break in Arkansas so I thought what the heck I want to go too!  I hate missing out on family things so Ronnee and I booked our flight to Hillbilly country! Our flight left at 2pm and we landed in LA but didn’t change planes. Ronnee wanted to move to LA with the sweet girl that sat next to us. She nearly cried when she realized she had to stay with me on the plane. Then we flew to Phoenix where we had a 3 hour lay over so lucky for us I have an awesome brother and sis-in-law that came to the airport to have dinner with us and let the kids play together. Thank you again Ike and Steph!  Then we got on the plane at 730pm and flew to Little Rock and got there at 1150pm! My mom and Hannah picked us up after they got lost and then we drove the hour and half drive to the closest city to Rosebud that had a hotel to stay the night! We woke up early of course because we were so excited to see everyone and we went to Abe’s house and rode the horse and the pony and the calf!

Poor Henry!

Ronnee could have spent the whole time in with the little calf. She loved that he would suck on her fingers! She wasn’t a huge fan of riding the horse or the pony but she loved the country life! She refused to come into the house. That first day you would have thought she would be starving but she only took a short little nap because she was having so much fun.  The other kids had so much fun with her. I have the best nieces and nephews! They are the sweetest kids and I miss them so much.

Abe and Sally had their 4 baby that is what the real reason we wanted to get out there and see every one. Ashlyn Grace is such a sweet baby and we had so much fun seeing and holding her. She made me super baby hungry if I wasn’t already before that! If we weren’t outside playing then we were inside cuddling with the baby!

While we were there we went and took some senior pics of Hannah at a beautiful river and water fall so the next day Aneron and Haley of course had to get all dressed up and have there pictures taken. They were so funny.  Here are some pics of the kids swimming in the river even though it was cold.

And of course Grandma had to play her guitar!

Then at 6 pm we said our goodbyes and hit the road to AZ! And at 8 pm Ronnee started puking and didnt stop for 5 days! But we made the 17 hour drive safe and not very sound!
