Then on to Arizona!

So Ronnee started puking 2 hours into the trip so we had an extremely long night in the car. Poor little thing picked up Lincoln sickness while in Arkansas and it roared its angry head in the car. So without fail Ronnee was sick again while we were at my mom’s!  She was sick for 6 days, she couldn’t keep any thing in and it came out both ends.  The poor little stinker lost a lb so I was really hoping to get the sickness so that I could lose some weight!  And guess what happened I got it! hahaha not so fun because it was at its worse on the day before we got on the airplane and continued to be terrible until Friday morning!  But the good news is  I didn’t gain a single lb while I was on my trip or at least if I did I lost it with being sick!!!!

But beside being sick we still had fun. We didn’t leave the house much but we got to play with the kids. Sorry again Rachel for getting your little ones sick and mom for getting you sick! We did a lot of playing outside cuddling!  We also got to be there for Ivy’s 3rd birthday!

We had a nude day so her bum could heal.

 

And I had a little photo fun with Cj and Raymond and got a couple of Sam!

On Tuesday night after my mom played comedian at Relief Society (she did awesome) we headed to the Valley so we could fly out in the morning! We went to breakfast with the Twins and Ike and Steph and then headed to the airport!

The end of March is here

So I didn’t make my the goal of running everyday but I don’t want to count it as a failure because it got me moving and I made 22 days! I even found that I can enjoy going for a little run.

I am almost over my sickness so I think I am going to try and run tomorrow or maybe just wait until Monday to start my running everyday again. I signed up for a couple runs in May so that should help keep me motivated.  Also I am going to start doing Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred a try. I am going to try doing it for the whole month of April and see if in fact it is a 30 day shred!  I hope that I can lose 10 lbs this month so that I can feel better and maybe that will help me get pregnant!!

So you only thought I would stop blogging about running when this month was over but in fact i will continue to blog because it seems to help me keep with it!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

We had a fun St. Patrick’s Day, we went to a mommy group party and played with the dogs and then watched some basketball!

Dinger laid on the grass while Tulo and Ronnee walked back and forth on the patio. Ronnee was getting a kick out of Tulo because he loves chasing shadows. She played out there for over an hour. I CANT WAIT FOR SPRING AND SUMMER!! 

Yesterday we woke up to snow and this morning we woke up to rain!  Tahoe is supposed to get 2 feet of snow this weekend. Can we please get sunny warm weather!!

P.S. I cant wait to go to Arkansas on Tuesday! I hope the weather is nicer!

Testicle Festival in Virginia City

I have been only blogging about my running so I figured I need to catch up on the rest of our life because we all know that we have been up to a whole lot more then just running!

Last weekend we headed up to Virginia City for the Testicle Festival for the 2nd year in a row. The Adams family rode with us and we met Jen and Bryan up there. It was freezing cold but the parade was a lot of fun and the men enjoyed tasting balls while we women found a spot to sit where the kids could run.   It was a fun Saturday adventure I just hope it is warmer next year!
