Yes I know this is early but i am starting this week... I am making a goal to go to the gym twice a week and do some light weights! And also even though i have been pretty good at this the last few weeks... I plan on walking everyday! Oh yeah and ride my bike more, that kicks my butt! Also I need to make myself continue to eat healthy. Today I had the urge to make no bake cookies and i went with it! BAD BAD BAD!
P.S. I am potty training the brat this week and probably next week to so I will for sure get caught up on the rest of my blog. I sure miss journaling all my thoughts and weirdness!

Swim Lessons for the Monster!
We did a Mother/Tot swim class for the month of September. It was an adventure to say the least. She loves the water but hates to be told and made to do something. And for some reason hates to put her had above her head when she floats. She will lay on her back and belly and not really care but when you try and add something to that she screams. She also hated the day we put life jackets on hopefully something she will get used to or no riding on a boat for her! The poor teacher got yelled at plenty of times. I think she will do a lot better when she is older and can do lessons without her mother! lol I thought she might do better with Tyler but she actually did worse. It was quite entertaining because he was so embarrassed! Here are a few pics of the entertainment!
And I need to post some pics of my flowers that I grew this year! I planted a lot of bulbs and wild flowers and so I got a lot of random beautiful flowers! Even with the dogs help I still managed to have so pretty gardens only a few flowers were sacrificed to there trampling and territory marking!
Cant wait to see what comes up next year!

Baby Ronnee turns 2!
So crazy to think that Ronnee is already 2! She is such a funny little thing with more personality then her little body can handle! She is 33 inches tall (25%) and 22 lbs(below the 5%) and wears size 5 shoes! lol those are all numbers for me to come back and look at when I want to compare and remember!
Tyler’s mom and dad came in for the week to help her celebrate. We had a pretty boring week filled with shopping and playing with Ronnee. She of course when potty on the toilet for them and not me but at least she went! On her birthday we went shopping and lunch. While shopping she got 2 back packs and 2 pairs of shoes and panties from Mimi! The girl is spoiled rotten. One pair of shoes she wouldn’t take off so Mimi didn’t want her to cry! The rest of the day was pretty boring except for swim lessons. Over all she had a fun birthday day. She got a computer and a kitchen and spent most of the time making Mimi coffee.
We were slackers this year and didn’t have a party but Ronnee didn’t care because she had Mimi and Snakes. We were so bad and didn’t even have cake on her birthday. We did have it the next day but I am so glad she is still young and doesn’t know the difference!
Best part is we didn’t even have candles!
For some reason I have no pics of her and her kitchen but she was happy with everything!
Ronnee talks so much and is always thinking of some other kind of trouble to get into. She is so funny and lightens up our lives. Not sure what I would do without her! She has now started to have an opinion about everything which makes getting dressed a challenge so if you see her in mismatch clothes and flip flops when it is snowing you will know why! She loves her babies and has them nap and sleep with her. She feeds them meals and now thinks that they need to have a turn on the potty! The other day I had to put make up on her and her babies. I think we were late to wherever we were headed! Girls are so much fun!
While Mimi and Snakes were here we went for a walk and Ronnee insisted that Mimi ride with her! lol
Thank you Mimi and Snakes for coming! Ronnee had a rough few days after you left. She walked around the house yelling for Snakes!
Here are her 2 year pics that we took!

Hot Air Balloons!
Side note… Before we went to Houston Tyler had a birthday and the weekend after we went camping. Sorry no pics were taken because I forgot my camera. It was a fun adventure with the dogs, the Adams family, the Fedewa family, and for a day the Phillips family! The kids all had fun and we came home with a stomach bug. I think next time we will go with just our family and not make anyone join us!
But back to what this post is about. Reno has some kind of event every weekend pretty much the whole summer. We dont go to things like Street Vibrations because not a fan of Motorcycles and honestly the gangs scare me! This year there was some shootings. Those things I would rather avoid. But one of our favorite events is the Hot Air Balloons!
This year the Adams family went with us and since it involves us waking up at 4 AM we decided to just have a sleep over. The girls were beyond excited! We had dinner and then we all went to bed! We woke up at 4 got ready and hit the road. It only takes 25 minutes to get there but there is traffic to park and we have to walk and find a seat all before it starts at 5:30 am. At 5:30 they have the dawn patrol where they light the balloons and let some of them up in air! It is pretty cool to see them glow in the night sky!
Jeri was smart enough to think to bring donuts and Oj. So while we waited for the sun to come up and see all the balloons we had a snack and the girls played.
It is such a fun event! Those balloons are huge!! And it takes a lot of work to get them up! So worth getting up at 4 AM to see! Just so glad we all got to nap later!
While we are on the Reno events kick….
My heart goes out to the families who lost loved ones in the Reno Air Races this year when a plane that was racing crashed into the crowd. Such a sad scary event for all involved! We were at this event on the same day last year and if it wasn’t for other plans we thought about going to it again. I am so glad that we didn’t! Not sure I could handle seeing that!

Houston for Nolan's Baptism!
So we were lucky enough that Ryan and Alecia planned Nolan’s baptism before Ronnee turned to so she flew free and we had 2 free tickets for us, so we headed to Houston for a quick weekend trip!
We got there later in the evening on Friday then we had planned because they lost Mimi’s suitcase but no worries they eventually found it! But as soon as we got that figured out and our rental car we hurried to the Texas Ortiz family’s house and had dinner and the girls immediately fell in love with each other and played non stop!
Saturday morning we woke up and went to the park! Taylon loves the camera and was such a cute poser! Rylee loves to give me that look that says quit looking at me! And Nolan is just plain cute. I am sad I didn’t get a great pic of his deep dimples!
Ronnee loved when Ryan would pick on Tyler! She thought is was the best!
The park was a lot of fun and I love that in Houston they have cover play areas. Such a smart idea especially when it comes to summer and you want to go to the park but the equipment gets to hot!
That night we went to a Houston Astros game! The girls had a blast eating cotton candy and snacks and the men loved watching baseball!
The girls spent Sunday morning playing chase and follow and copy Taylon! I think they all were enjoying it!
Then we went to Church to get Nolan baptized. The kids all did pretty good. At one point Tyler and I were sitting by the baby since we are his Godparents and we could here Ronnee gagging herself on the other end of the bench. Then we heard a thud and she hit her head on the bench. We sure have a character full of lots of personality!
Sunday night we got to go swimming at there community pool! I sure wish we had a nice community pool here! It was so nice and so fun!
Monday morning the girls played some more then sadly we had to fly home! Poor Ronnee was bored! She misses her cousins!
Thanks again Ryan and Alecia for everything. I am so glad that we could make and be a part of such a special occasion!
p.s. we have the cutest Godson ever!
