On a different note!

So once again I will be getting a new car! Tyler went to the store to get some bread and on his way home a lady turned right in front of him and he ran into her truck. It totaled my poor little car. Makes me sad, but what can you do. Tyler is doing good. He has some soreness and a nice mark from the seatbelt. So we took him to the doc and they gave him some pain meds so he is good to go! I have only had that car since January so I wasn't to attached to it yet but still makes it hard to part. I went today and gathered everything out of it and said my goodbyes. She no longer belongs to me. Sad day. Now I am on a new adventure to find a new car because I am not a big fan of driving the BRIGHT RED Chevy Cobalt. That is what they gave me for a rental. Not quite comparable to my car, but will have to do until I can convince Tyler to get me a new one. Actually it has to be by next week. LOL!

New Edition to the Winter's Family!

My sister Rachel finally had her baby! She had a little girl and named her Ivy Jane Winters. She is the cutest thing ever. I hope my babies are this cute! She weighed 8lbs 9 ounces. So she was a healthy baby. Man I wish I were there to hold her. But they keep sending me pictures so it works for now. Her brothers were so excited and Aneron was extra happy! I told Raymond to give her a kiss for me and he said that was gross. Typical boy! He told me that she is the cutest. I thought that was so funny! I am sure she will get plenty of loving from everyone.

Two Months!

So I have basically been doing nothing all day so I thought I should make a post. Tyler and I have been married for 2 months today! Kind of exciting. Time sure flies! A little update on us we have been starting to look for a house. So stressful but so fun at the same time. They are so expensice around here. Wait I forget I live in California everything here is expensive! LOL! Poor Tyler has to deal with me worrying about money. He is a good guy and puts up with a lot. I found a job as a nanny and I start on Monday, so that will take away a little of the money stress but yet money is the root of all evil so I know it will never go away! So I just want to tell Tyler that I love him and thanks for putting up with me!
On another note my sister Rachel is expecting a baby any time now. She is going to be induced at 7 in the am. So hopefully the little girl in her tummy hurries up. Aneron needs her to help put up with her crazy brothers! Because it is the Hannah and Sam's spring break my mom and them have spent the week helping Rachel and kids. Wish I could be there but such is life!
I can't think of any other exciting news today but I hope to be busier starting next week so I don't feel like such a bum!

It has been a long time!

It has been so long! After my visit from my friend I got to go to St. Johns to visit my family and friends. I was going to Chicago with Tyler that week while he went to training but I thought it would be more fun to go to Arizona. Way better then being home alone. It was a lot of fun being home again. When I got there my sister picked me up and we went to her ward for church. We didn't tell the kids that I was coming so I got to surprise them. It was so funny. I love those kids they always keep me entertained. Then we had dinner at Rachel's house with Ike, Steph, Caleb, and Jacob. Thanks again for dinner Rachel. Then Jake brought me home to good ole SJ. Once I got home I got to hang out with Janalee and her kids that was a lot of fun. I took them to the ranch and we shot the gun and fed the cows. I forgot to take pictures so I only have a couple of the cows. I had a blonde moment when I was there with the gun. I was at the ranch and there was a coyote like 50 ft from me and I couldn't figure out how to load the gun! Hahaha! Very funny. Later that day Sam took me out and taught me how to do it so that would never happen again. Thanks Sam. That would have been awesome if I would have shot the coyote. I would have got one before my brother-in-law and the would have been great!
I went to the ranch pretty much everyday when I was there. I also did a lot of walking. I needed it. I walked with my mom and Janalee. They are to fast for me. LOL! I also got to walk with Brandis. She is so much fun! It was so fun to hang out with Hannah and Sam and my parents. I got to watch Sam play basketball and make an awesome shot! He rocks! On Friday I got to go to softball all day with Jessica. It was so fun even though it was so so windy! We drove to Phoenix that night and of course we stopped and did some shopping. We got J Lo glasses and they are so cute. I am wearing them in the picture showing off my new hair cut. I chopped 10 inches off. It is so fun. But back to my trip, I stayed with Jess that night and then hung out with her and Ben all day Sat. They are so much fun. We always have a good time. Then my sisters came and picked me up and we hung out and then Rachel took me to the Airport.
My trip was a ton of fun. Besides the fact that my allergies kicked in while I was there and I am still trying to get rid of them. Here are a few pictures. Sorry for my rambling! LOL!

The first picture is of my new hair cut and my new shades. LOL!

This picture is at the Ranch while I was feeding the cows. I am a cowgirl. Yeah right!
This is a picture of my Grandpa Isaacson. One of the reason why I love going to the ranch. When I go I get to play my Grandpa for a day. I love that feeling. I miss him so much!

Visit from Ashley

So I was so lucky this weekend... One of my best friends Ashley came to visit Tyler and I. She is from Mn where it is freezing so she loved it here. It was in the 60's and 70's. She thought it was summer! She has never been to the Pacific Ocean before so we decided to take her to the beach. We went to San Fran a few weeks ago so we decided we would go somewhere else. So we went to Monterey! It was really fun, not as crowded as San Fran. We stayed in a hotel a mile from the beach. We had so much fun! We walked so much which I loved but the other two weren't to thrilled. LOL! I surprised Ashley by taking us on a whale watching tour! It was so fun! We saw 4 gray whales! It was so awesome. We couldn't get any really good picture because the boat was moving so much and there were big waves! But we would see the water spout first, then the back would come out of the water, and then they would flip there tails. IT WAS SO COOL! I recommend it to everyone! They said that they don't always see things but we got lucky. The tour before us was mad because they didn't see anything. Made me laugh! So here are a few pictures from the weekend! The first one is of the sea lions that hang out in the bay! They were funny!

This one is of Ashley and I one day before we went out shopping! What we do best!
I thought this picture was cool of the Jelly fish at the aquarium!
A picture of the boat the we went out on! It is called the Monterey Princess!
And here is a picture of the whales tale. If you can see it is the small thing on the left hand side.

Finally Wedding Pictures

Here is a few pictures of Tyler and I on our wedding! We were married on January 26, 2008. It was the happiest day of our lives! We had a small wedding at my parents home in St. Johns, AZ. It all went perfect. It was small just like I needed. Our families were great. Thank you mom for taking on all the stress and having it in your home. Thank you dad and brothers for the deck, it is huge and we will have a lot of fun memories out there! Thank you Lisa for the beautiful decorations. She did an amazing job like always. Thank you Janalee for taking the pictures and being such an awesome friend. And last but not least thank you all my friends and family that came to support Tyler and I. LOVE YOU ALL!
(Not my favorite of Tyler and I but I can't figure out how to take it off and put a different up there. LOL)

Our Apartment

Here are a couple pictures of our apartment. This first one is of the front door view. Our bedroom is in the back but I don' t have a pretty comforter and lack of space so I didn't take a picture it. And there is a fireplace on the left and believe or not we have used it. Mostly just to say we used it.

This is a picture of our kitchen. Small but it works for now. Lots of cabinet space but only room for one cook at a time. So after my jerky chicken I leave it up to Tyler. Not really but I wish!

The apartment is smaller then the one we had for a week in Colorado Springs, but it will work for now. I feel like I can't ever get it truly cleaned because it feels so cluttered if that makes any sense at all. But there is enough room for an air mattress in the front room so feel free to come and stay with us!

More San Fran!

Here are some more pictures from our trip. One of Tyler posing as a crab, one that we took of ourselves at the beach. And one of Tyler in front of the really pretty San Fran Fine Art Center! And the last 0ne of me at the beach, reminds me of the movie A league of their Own, when they take a picture of Marla Hooch from far away! I guess Tyler doesn't know how to use the zoom or I was really scary looking that day! LOL!

San Francisco

Well Tyler and I decided to go to San Fran this last weekend. It was fun but there are a few things that I would change for next time. When we go next we will have more money and we will just ride one of those bus things so that we do not have to drive in all that mess. It is way to crowded! I love where I live. It was fun to visit but I don't see how people live there. Next time I go I will be more prepared. LOL! Tyler and I had a good time though, we went to beach and we went to Pier 39. It was very pretty. We couldn't get a picture of us holding hands walking on the beach for you Jess. We didn't have anyone to take a picture of us! Next time it will be at the top of our list!! Here are some pictures! I can't figure out to arrange them so it looks a little funny!

Bridal Shower

So my sisters and my mom and some friends decided to put together a Bridal Shower for me. If you know me you know that kind of thing is not my favorite but it was a ton of fun! My sisters and my mom got my this wild thing bra and a grass skirt that went along with it. It was very funny! First my mom put it on( sorry no picture) then Mickey put it on with ease. Then she made me put it on! The little brat. But over all it was so much fun. I am glad that we did it. Thank you so much Janalee for letting us have it at your home and thank you for everything that you do! I got a lot of fun stuff and had a good time with all my friends and family! Thank you all!

First home cooked meal!

So I decided since we are all moved in and Tyler has his official first day of work tomorrow that I would make dinner for us! I went all out, mashed potatoes, chicken, corn/squash, and for desert a cheesecake. It was quite the experience. I have cooked all of these many of times, except the cheesecake that was a first. The preparation went very well for everything except the chicken. I cooked the chicken in the microwave, first mistake I think, with a mixture of spices and vegetable oil, second mistake they didn't mix very well. Tyler said the chicken tasted like jerky almost, it looked good but didn't taste good. So I learned to just stick with a marinade from now on. They have always worked in the past. I just wanted to try something new. So dinner looked nice and over all tasted pretty good minus the chicken creation. Then came the desert... I had looked at a recipe before I went to the store so that I got all the right ingredients but I didn't look at the recipe to actually make it. Not the smartest idea but hey it still tasted good, not like any other that I have tasted but still eatable. Lets just say I wont be entering it into any contest or making it for my mom the queen of cheesecakes until I have perfected it!

To start this blog it will be a little out of whack but I am going to be home alone for the next few days while Tyler goes on a business trip so I will get plenty of time organize it and try and figure how to add pictures. So just give me time and this will be a work of art!
