Halloween!

Thank heavens I know my daughter as well as I do and we did not spend any money on a costume this year. She is so weird with what she wants to wear. I had intended for her to be a cowgirl and my sis in law got her a little thing that looks like she is riding a horse, but when it came to getting dressed she decided she was going to be a “princess.”  So WEIRD for her! And she only would wear one of her normal dresses and her dress up shoes so she didn’t really look like she was dressed up. haha But whatever she got candy and had fun!  Cutler we dressed up as a muscle man and he look so cute!  So glad we had a speedo and tights laying around!

We have the best neighborhood for trick or treating and we get around 350 kids! 

7 months for Cutler!

With Ronnee I remember writing each month on how/what she was doing. Well I haven’t been that good with Cutler but lately he has been changing so fast! He surprises me everyday with a new talent! At about 6 1/2 months he started to crawl regular and he is getting pretty fast.  He is always moving and I have to remind myself to look for him every once in a while to make sure he isn’t into trouble. One day I found him in the laundry room and then another day he was high center underneath a chair! haha  His new thing is pulling himself up on everything. He is now a pro at getting up and down without falling. It is a little scary in the bath because he slips!  In the last couple days he has started to try and climb on the couch. He figured out that he can climb on Ronnee’s chair and nearly get on the couch. I am sure he will figure it all out soon but for now he just stands on her chair!  Another new trick is standing at one thing and going to another. This kid seriously amazes me. Ronnee didn’t do any of this until 8 or 9 months. I think that is why he is such an easy baby because he can get anywhere he wants and prefers to get there by himself! I remember Ronnee wanting to be held a lot more. He only wants to be held when it is time to nurse or go to sleep.

He eats anything and everything. Only wants to nurse right before bed and naps and during the night. He eats all the time during the day so I think he gets hungry during the night. I wish he slept better!! He does give me one 4 hour stretch and the rest of the night is a little scary! lol  This is when I wish he would take a pacifier! He just likes to suck and I am hoping that he is just teething. In the morning my boobs hurt and I am not really sure how much milk he is really getting. This is something we are trying to work on. Hoping I can get Tyler to wake up and try and get him back to sleep on the 2nd wake up. Tyler isn’t to patient with a crying baby so we will see!!

10 year reunion/baby shower

The twins were on an airplane and we were in the car heading to the same place. They made it a lot quicker then we did and I am sure the kids wished they could have been with them!

We stayed the night in Vegas and then I dropped Tyler off at the airport and then finished the drive with the kids. Ronnee was asleep when I dropped Tyler off so when she woke up about 20 minutes after she was pissed! She yelled and cried at me for an hour! She kept telling me “you better find my daddy!”  She finally stopped crying when we got to Kingman and we stopped at Walmart/Mcdonalds for breakfast and a Mickey Mouse movie.  We got back in the car and made it to Williams where I stopped for gas and to change Cutler. We went into the gas station bathroom and there was no changing station so I had to change him on the floor. Thank heavens for diaper pads! When I layed him on the floor I realized that he had pooped thru everything!!!!  Such a mess. Well I managed to get his onsie off without getting any poop in anywhere else on him meanwhile he grabs a handful of poop and puts it in his ear and in his hair!! So nasty We had poop everywhere after this. I am trying to clean him up and keep it from getting worse when Ronnee decides to step in it and then steps on me!! All I could do was scream and laugh! When we finally got out of that bathroom the attendants just smiled at me! haha!

But good news after that stop they slept the rest of the way to SJ!

It was a fun week there with the fam. We got to watch Jake and Sam gather cows and then she got to ride a horse!

We also got to go to singing time at the library with Grandma.

And they both got really spoiled and held a lot! My dad took Ronnee out to see Looselip the horse and she cut a couple of her fingers. I was downstairs when they came in and I heard my dad asking her what princess bandaid she wanted on her fingers. lol he talked about The Little Mermaid but when I  looked at her fingers neither band aid was the Little Mermaid. haha It was really sweet seeing that side of my dad. Grandpa would do anything for his little angels!

Grandma’s house is so fun!

And so so so exhausting!

Ike and Charlie and Caleb brought her daddy back to her and she was so excited to see them all! She loved watching Charlie play his game!

We had our 10 year class reunion which was a lot of fun. Not a huge turnout but it was really fun seeing the ones that came and telling funny stories. I haven’t laughed that much in a long time!

We also had a baby shower for Mickey! So crazy she is going to be a mom to a sweet little girl in just a few weeks!  She looks so cute and got a lot of cute stuff. For some reason I didn’t get any pictures!

Sunday morning we loaded up the car and made the entire drive back to Reno! Thanks to the snake oils (doterra oils) the kids did really good!!

Visit from the twins!

The twins finally came to visit us! They always talk about it but finally bought tickets and made it out here!  We picked them up at the airport Wednesday night and Ronnee was excited to see them but was a little upset because she thought we were going to get her dad. Tyler didn’t get home until Thursday night. It was nice to have the twins there to distract her since the previous days she had been in tears or mad most of the day because I couldn’t get her daddy!

Thursday we went shopping and the kids did awesome which is  a Christmas miracle!  And then all 5 of us took a nice long nap! Best part of the day was watching the twins try and walk the dogs! Their hands were purple! haha Yeah our dogs suck to walk!

Friday we took a drive up to see Tahoe!

Josh and Caleb were getting so annoyed that Ronnee had to take her horses everywhere!! Once Caleb told her she couldn’t and she through a huge fit so he figured out why we dont fight it!

Saturday we had a little yard sale and then true to Isaacson form we helped a friend move. They were good sports but I am sure that wasn’t what they wanted to do on  their vacation. Thank you Josh and Caleb for your help!   We had a good visit and we loved having them!

Sunday morning Tyler dropped them off at the airport and came right home and we loaded up the car and headed to AZ!

P.s. While the twins were visiting Cutler started to learn to climb the stairs!

Octoberfest!

We went up to Squaw Valley Ski Resort for some Octoberfest fun!  The girls had a good time dancing to the music and running around. There were dogs there then kids so they were in heaven!  The men had fun being men and we mom’s watched the kids!  The met the Fedewa’s and the Moll’s there.  They had a brat toss and lots of other games to entertain us!

It was a really fun time and tired the kids out!!
