House Shinanagans!

We decided we are going to sell our house when the lease is up with our renters! So I called the property management guy and he said our renters were actually thinking of breaking the lease because of marital problems and neither could afford rent without the other. So we suggested that they let us help them by selling it now and when it sales they can leave free and clear and we can be out free and clear. So we got a realtor and started that process well then they called a couple days later and said they were going to work it out.  So interesting. So we still decided to proceed with getting everything ready to put the house on the market and so we would be ready to go! No way we will be able to pay our mortgage and our rent at the same time. So we are hoping to put it on the market in November/December and hope it is gone by the end of January! Wishful thinking but hope we get our wish!   I am so over dealing with renters and all this drama!

Oh a cuter note, I tried to get some pics of my two little love bugs together! The camera was being silly and the kids were being kids, but aren't they so cute!

Hot Air Balloon Festival!

We used to go to the Hot Air Balloon Festival in Reno and when we moved here to Albuquerque we learned that they have a festival also but it is huge! In Reno there was like 80 ballons and here there are like 800!  So of course we had to go experience it! It is a 10 event so every morning when we woke up we could see balloons everywhere! We would take drives to get a little closer. It was so amazing to see! Such an amazing site!  One of the weekends the Ortiz's came into town to see it! We woke up super early, loaded on a bus and went down to the Balloon Park. The only part the kids enjoyed was the bus ride! It was so so cold and Cutler was miserable and would only let me hold him so my back was killing me so I wasn't to thrilled either. When I told Cutler we could walk back to the bus that was the only thing that stopped him from crying!  So even though it was really cool to be so close to the balloons and watch them rise we will not be taking the kids next year! I would suggest finding a baby sitter and going with just adults! Most of the little kids down there were miserable! Lesson learned!  But we still enjoyed seeing all the balloons for those 10 days and cant wait until next year!

Found this cute little pic when I was getting the rest of these off my phone. This little girl loves her dogs! I looked outside and she was just sitting with them so cute!

Uncle Sam's football game and Pumpkins!

We made ANOTHER trip to SJ to watch Uncle Sam play football and helped Grandma and Grandpa harvest lots of pumpkins! We travel a lot but so happy we get to be around for these types of things! Sam is a Junior already and he is an awesome football player. He plays both defense and offense so he is in the game all the time is teams wish makes it fun to watch even if it is cold. We didn't get a pic with him but maybe another time! GO BIG RED! #50 is HOT!

The kids had a blast picking pumpkins! They were so strong and so helpful!

Ike and Steph were there for a visit also. They moved to Texas and made a stop in SJ to see us all on their way! They now live in Texas with Josh. They run a tire store together! A new big fun adventure for the family!

Chile Frijole Festival!

The kids spent the week in Colorado then Tyler and I joined them for the weekend. It was nice to be able to see Bobbi Lynn and her 2 cute boys. We had a lot of fun painting rocks, riding bikes, jumping, playing with balls, and going to the Festival and riding ponies!
