So I figure this was a good place to write down my goals for the upcoming year!
1. ~Eat Healthier~
* More Fruits and Vegitables
* Take vitamins
2. ~Be Healthier~
* Cardio 5 times a week at least
* Lift 3 times a week
3. ~Be Happier~
* Don't overreact
* Think about it before getting mad over it
4. ~Be Friendlier~
* Keep in better contact with friends
* Make more friends
5. ~Treat people better~
* Service
