Runner’s High!

You always hear about people who find that Runner’s high that is why they enjoy running well tonight I think I found it!  I went for a run tonight and I felt like I could go forever. I was sad that it got dark because I could test my limits! It was nice to get home and not be completely out of breath. I felt so good! I cant wait to go tomorrow and that is something i have never said! I am so glad that I am starting to feel better.

And on another note the scale was not nice to me so I am waiting until tomorrow to see if makes me smile! I sure hope it does. This whole runner’s high thing hit me at a good time because with the scale not going exactly my way then i would be completely disappointed!
