So back in March or April we were thinking we were going to have a slow pretty boring summer and boy were we wrong! We just got back from AZ and now we get to have a visit from the Barney family, then my MIL flies in and gets Ronnee on Saturday and then we drive to Colorado for a week, then the day after we get back Ashley comes to visit and the week after she leaves Hannah comes to visit for a week! We do have a few weeks in July where we will be home alone but at the end of July I hope to be back in AZ for my family reunion but we will for sure be going there the beginning of August for Mickey’s wedding! And right after the wedding reception in El Paso we are flying to Vegas for a week for Tyler’s work.And before I know it September will be here and my baby girl will be 2! Such a sad day! That will conclude our crazy summer!
But I wanted to blog about me and my diet/exercise! I did stop running for a couple weeks because I was sick but I went yesterday and I was so glad to find out that I could still run! It felt really good to get back at it. I think i really missed it! I also started the 17 day diet! It is making me eat more fruits and veggies and lean meats and I really needed that. I have lost 7.6lbs in 8 days! I am feeling a lot better but i can’t wait for this first cycle to get over with so I can add some more food to my diet! I am glad I have found something that is working for me and making me a more healthy eater! With all the walking we are doing and the healthier eating I hope to get down to my goal weight or better yet gain some body confidence!
