Life

I know that really I am extremely blessed and that there are people out there with much bigger problems then me but I am still going to vent a little about my life the last few weeks!
The week before Jake's wedding I found I was finally pregnant (we have been trying for 9 months!) I was beyond excited!  The wedding happened then we went to bed for a couple hours and then woke up to make the drive to San Antonio for a few days with the Ortiz family! The drive was supposed to take us about 13-14 hours... well we ended up having car trouble to where we were driving a 30mph some of the time and it ended up taking us over 18 hours!  At one point the car switched gears and we got going 60 so we decided we couldn't stop and had to make it all the way. Cutler peed his pants and I about exploded! So after that lovely drive we finally made it to hot humid San Antonio!
We had a fun time in San Antonio and then on Wednesday we started the drive back towards home. A couple hours into the drive  I started bleeding. Oh joy! I was having a miscarriage. I just laid in the back seat crying from the pain and sadness! Seriously why couldn't the pregnancy last and give me the baby I have been wanting for so long!  I know I know I have 2 beautiful healthy kids and I am grateful for that but I feel like there is more for me up there waiting to come to earth!
We stayed the night in El Paso. While I am still going through what I am going through Tyler gets and email from work on Thursday saying that they are reorganizing the whole company. And at the time we were not sure what that meant for his job or anyone else. So now Tyler is even more stressed out!  We made it to SJ later that day and stayed there for a couple days then we finally made it back HOME!   Still not sure what is going on with work!
Got home and my laptop wouldn't turn on so I took it in and turns out my hard drive is shot! LOST ALL MY PICTURES!!!!! I have been needing to back up and have been putting it off! It breaks my heart to think about all the pictures I lost! I am so mad at myself for not having printed all my pictures and for not backing up!  Live and learn!
Then the most recent thing... I have been storing all my stuff that cant fit in my house in Sj in my Aunt Pam's shop, well it rained so much in Sj that it got flooded!!!!!!!  My mom and Jake went and rescued some stuff. Of course my picture album were in one of the boxes that got wet!!! Seriously!! I am not sure what else was ruined but thanks to mom and jake they saved some of the pics and scattered them throughout the house to let them dry!  I am not sure how much more we can take!

I feel better writing this all down! I seem to be having some crappy luck and end up crying or yelling a lot so I hope writing will make me nicer!
I am so grateful for my blessings but man can things move in the better luck direction! Here are 5 positive things to help counteract all this negative energy!
1. Ronnee is healthy and happy!
2. Cutler is healthy and happy!
3. Tyler still has a job!
4. My health!
5. We have the best families who are always there for us!

Oh and the cherry on top... Today Ronnee and Audrey (little girl I watch) decided that all the horses, plastic and stuffed, needed a bath. Water all over my bathroom, bedroom, and my bed because they needed to dry there!   Kids are so fun!

Trip to San Antonio!

We woke up at 4 in the morning after the wedding and hit the road to San Antonio Texas to have a vacation with the Ortiz family! The drive to get there was an adventure! The transmission was going out in the Escape so instead of it taking 14+ hours it took 19+ hours! We were trying to make it as close to San Antonio as possible so if we broke down for good they would tow us over there instead of another city!  When we finally made it we were all tired and cranky and had to pee bad because we couldn't stop for fear of the car not starting back up. Poor Cutler peed his pants and was so upset! So as soon as we got there we went to the Hotel had baths let the kids run for a little bit and went to bed!On Monday we went to the San Antonio River walk which was BEAUTIFUL!  If you have never been it is a must!  But dont go in the middle of July! It was hot and way to humid and the air was so thick!  We rode a fun little boat in the river to see all the sites! The kids loved that! Then we found a cool building and had some ice cream to cool off!

After we cooled off we took a stroll through the Alamo! And then did some swimming!

The next we  when to Sea World!!! The highlight of the trip for most!  Ike and Steph live a couple hours away so she met us there with the boys which was so fun since they couldn't make to Az for the wedding.  The kids had a blast watching all the shows and seeing all the animals and playing in the water!  It was a fun day with lots of great memories!

Sea world is so fun and we definitely want to go back! Next time we will take 2 days there instead of cramming it all in one day! We all got back to the hotel and passed out! The next morning we all got up had some mishaps and went our separate ways. So sad we couldn't leave the fun vacation on a happy note! But that happens with family!    The drive home was uneventful on the car front! We drove the rental car home because they were unable to get our car fixed!

We had to go right back to AZ to get our dogs so I stayed a couple days for the 24th celebration! Always a fun time with the Rodeos and dances and just seeing old friends!

Sam Rode a bull! Yikes! We were all a little nervous but he survived!
