WeDnEsDaY wEiGh In

So I am declaring Wednesday my weigh in days to check my progress. And Rachel gave me the idea to post how much I have lost and not my weight. I really am not the sure of myself to tell the blogger world what I weigh so I am going with Rachel's idea. So every Wednesday I will be posting how much I have lost or gained in that week. I LOST 2 lbs in the last week and a half. So hopefully I can keep that up. I want to be able to have a noticeable change when I go home for Halloween.
My workouts have been okay but the last couple days I have been doing a lot better. I even went in the gym with Tyler and did some lifting for my arms and legs. I have climbed the stairs 6 times in the last two days and I have been doing better in the eating department. I don't eat after 7 and my dessert is normally a thing of fruit snacks. I have to have my sweets, so that hits the spot. I have found that the Crystal Light singles work perfectly for in my bottles of water. They have an energy one that has some caffeine in it, but don't confuse it with the tea ones. I think tea is gross! I have also been good about doing my sit ups and I am adding some push-ups. I normally do these during the commercials of whatever show I happen to be watching. Speaking of shows, I loved the biggest loser families. It motivates me to work harder. And whenever I am not motivated I take Mickey's idea, and I stand in front of a mirror naked and jump up and down. It reminds me that I need to get my butt in gear and work out. I want to be able to do that and my gut not still be jiggling 5 minutes after the rest of me has stopped. LOL! I know, way to many details.

Way to go on the 2 lbs! That is how much I have gained in the past 2 weeks...we should keep it up and compare pictures every couple weeks while you get skinnier and skinnier- and I go the completely opposite way!

lol omg the mirror thing made me laugh so hard! way to go on the loss...you are STARTING to motivate me! haha...so maybe after a while, I will start workin out like you! Just might take me a little longer haha

Naomes, way to be a trooper and work out. I've stopped my running (I'm getting prego enough to where that's not really an option anymore...) and have resorted to, well...eating really. :) Just kidding, I do plenty of walking and stairs on my way to classes, but I read your posts and think: I wish I could be more motivated! WOO HOO for you!
