so I have started watching a friends 2 little boys on Monday and Tuesday’s all day and they are all 3 asleep!!! Hence why I have time to blog! They have been asleep for 1.5 hours so far so I was able to eat my lunch, do the 30 day shred workout, and shower and now I am watching BL and bragging about my success on my blog!
Yesterday was the day I started watching them so I knew that if I wanted to run I would have to wake up at 630 because they get to the house at 715. I am not a morning person but I was able to get up and run and then the boys came over and they played and played and I tried to keep up with the mess which is a workout all in itself. At one point I heard thuds on the wall and I ran into the room and they were throwing they pool balls at the wall!!! We are establishing the rules! lol But that is a whole other story…. After I fed them lunch I got all 3 of them down for a nap (woohoo) and I did my first day the 30 day shred!!!!! Felt awesome then when the kids woke up we went for a walk and played outside. So yesterday was a good start to my month of April working out!
And today I am able to keep up the same momentum, I am just waiting for the kids to wake up so that we can walk to the park and run their energy out!
I hope I can keep up this working out. I am going to try and run 1-2 miles every weekday and then on Saturdays take a long 3-4 mile run and Sundays I will get a break. And of course I will be adding the 30 day shred on top of my running. I took all my measurements and weighed myself yesterday so I cant wait to see how I do when I check myself at the end of the month!

You are awesome! way to go that is a lot of running but totally proud of you for stickin to it. cant wait to continue to hear about your success. the 30 day shred is intense i almost died today. Good luck!
