Today…

I went to the gym and rode the bike 5.5 miles, lifted weights for 25 minutes and then went for a run. Then we went grocery shopping and when Tyler and Ronnee were napping I did my 30 day Shred video! So today was  a successful workout day.  I listened 80’s dance music while I did the video and it was so much fun! I need to find an 80’s station on my pandora while I run! Now I better go shower so I dont stink!

hey i just read your comment... and normally ya I would have had one by now! lol... but with Alyvia, I tore all my ligaments having her...I have barely started to be able to exercise....So IF we have another one it will be awhile... If I were to get pregnant i would seriously be in a wheel chair... What about you? Did you guys want to try for another one? And listening to you and how good you are doing working out is totally impressive. I am just starting too, so hopefully I can lose some too!
