So...

I was showering, I know TMI, and I realized that I need to work on the old figure. And my thoughts on dieting are if I have to think to hard about what I am going to eat then I don't eat. And that is never good because then I end up eating everything in sight later in the day. NOT GOOD!! So now I am going to try something new. I am still going to watch what I eat, no snacking, no candy, no soda, and no eating fast food or eating out, but now I am going to add a new workout goal every month. And I figure if I blog about it then people might ask me how I am doing and that will keep me motivated. And it gives me something to blog about. So for the rest of the month of September I am going to:
1. Do 100 sit-ups everyday.
2. Run/walk for 30 minutes everyday.
3. Stay positive.
This isn't something people normally blog about but I need some help so we will see if this helps motivates me.
I see all of you mothers out there and you guys all look amazing so I am thinking that might be the trick to looking good, having children to chase around all day. But for now while I don't have children I am going to have to try this route.

On another note I am going to be going to ARIZONA on the 31st of October for the weekend. I am so excited to see my family and to watch the girls play soccer. GO SJ GIRLS SOCCER!

What I have heard is dont set unreasonable goals. Start small. Like if you find that 100 situps is to much try 20 and up it every week or something. I know you can do it! I dont think you need to diet but I wish you the best of luck to meet your goals.

I wish kids made you skinny, I'd be darn near anorexic! Problem is I just yell from the couch(doesn't work well)at my kids! I'm on board, and I'll be checking in on you! Repeat "hail damage be gone" 10x (jk) Rachel

I know I'm not one of those moms you're referring to:) I wish I was! I think you look really good:) I'd try it, but think if I blog about it, I'll just lie & say I'm doing it when I'm not:)

Good luck with the diet thing naomi, I have been trying that same thing since june and my famous excuse is always "I'll realy start on Monday" which never happens!!! But you look good and it seems like you guys are doing great. I am glad that you found my blog so now we can keep in touch.
