I have been doing this 30 day shred and running thing for 2 long weeks! Just kidding they went by pretty fast. Even though I did have a little bit okay a lot a bit of a melt down on Wednesday. I went on a workout strike so I didn’t do my video that day or run the next morning. I was frustrated that I am not really seeing result which ended with me full on crying! lol Tyler thought i was crazy. Dang hormones! But good news I did my video Thursday and ran on Friday morning! So I am back in the game!! I am still frustrated that I am not seeing much in the results but I am going to finish it strong and hope for the best! On Saturday I even ran a little over 3 miles!!!! I went to late in the morning and it was really hot but I did it and boy did it feel good!
This week I will still be doing the running in the am and the video during nap time but I am going to start a 1200 cal diet! I have been writing down everything that I put in my mouth but I am going to start really really watching it. I hope that helps me get over this hump!

I totally am right there with you. i workout and walk twice a day and nothing really to show for it. why must it be so hard to loose weight. well hang in there you can do and stay strong and be positive. good luck!
